At 7:00 AM, depart Hanoi on a comfortable Sapa Express Bus for a scenic six-hour drive through winding mountains and lush valleys. Upon arrival in Sapa, check in at the hotel before setting out to explore Cat Cat Village, home of the Black Hmong ethnic group. Here, you can admire traditional wooden houses, watch locals weaving colorful fabrics, and visit the charming Cat Cat Waterfall and the old French-built Hydro Power Station. In the evening, enjoy free time to wander through the lively Sapa Night Market, where handmade textiles, herbal medicines, and unique souvenirs are on display. Overnight at a hotel in Sapa.
After breakfast, walk to the elegant French-style Sun Plaza, where you board the Mountain Train for a short ride through valleys and tunnels leading to the Cable Car Station. From here, a 20-minute cable car journey takes you up Fansipan Mountain (3,143 m), the highest peak in Indochina. The ride offers breathtaking views of the Hoang Lien Son Range and lush forests. To reach the summit, climb 636 stone steps and enjoy the once-in-a-lifetime panorama from the “Roof of Indochina”. Descend by cable car and return to Sapa by Mountain Train. Lunch will be served at an Indian restaurant, after which you have free time to stroll through town, visit the Stone Church, or relax with coffee overlooking the mountains. Overnight in Sapa.
Begin the morning with breakfast before heading to Ham Rong Mountain, where colorful flower gardens and winding pathways lead to stunning viewpoints over Sapa Town. Traditional ethnic music performances add to the charm of this visit. After returning to the hotel, check out and board the bus back to Hanoi. The journey concludes in the evening, arriving in the capital around 9:30 PM.
