Arrive in Ho Chi Minh City, meet your guide, and transfer to the hotel. (Note: Hotel check-in is from 14:00–15:00; early check-in is not included). In the afternoon, begin your discovery with a visit to the Reunification Palace, the former residence of the South Vietnamese President, where historic events shaped the nation.
Continue to the Notre Dame Cathedral and the Old Post Office, two iconic landmarks from the French colonial era. In the evening, enjoy free time to explore the vibrant city—perhaps visit Bitexco Tower for a panoramic skyline view (own expense) or wander around the lively night markets.
Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.
In the morning, drive out of the city to the legendary Cu Chi Tunnels, an underground network used during the war. Explore hidden trapdoors, narrow passageways, and remnants of wartime survival. For those interested, there is also the option to test real weapons at the firing range (extra cost, approx. USD 3 per bullet).
Return to Ho Chi Minh City for lunch. In the afternoon, visit Ben Thanh Market, a bustling hub for shopping where you can find textiles, souvenirs, and local specialties. The rest of the day is free to stroll through lively streets or relax in a coffee shop.

After breakfast, depart for My Tho, the gateway to the Mekong Delta, often referred to as Vietnam’s "Rice Bowl." Take a boat ride along the Mekong River to Thoi Son Island, where you can taste honey tea at a local bee farm and sample fresh tropical fruits.
Continue with a sampan ride through coconut-shaded canals, experience local daily life, and visit a coconut candy workshop. In the afternoon, return to Ho Chi Minh City and enjoy the remainder of the day at leisure.
Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.
After breakfast at the hotel, drive around 110 km to Vung Tau, a coastal city known for its sandy beaches and cultural landmarks. Upon arrival, visit the towering Jesus Statue, one of the tallest of its kind in Asia, before exploring Nirvana Pagoda and the White Palace, the former summer residence of Vietnam’s last emperor.
In the afternoon, continue to the Whale Temple, a unique site dedicated to the remains of a whale that washed ashore more than a century ago.
Overnight in Vung Tau.
Spend the morning at leisure by Vung Tau Beach, enjoying the sea breeze and relaxing on the sand. In the afternoon, return to Ho Chi Minh City in time for your departure flight.
