Arrive at Noi Bai Airport, meet our guide, and transfer to the hotel for check-in (official check-in time: 14:00/15:00, early check-in not included). In the afternoon, visit the Ho Chi Minh Complex, including Ba Dinh Square, Ho Chi Minh’s stilt house, and the iconic One Pillar Pagoda. Continue to Tran Quoc Pagoda, Hanoi’s oldest pagoda beautifully set by West Lake, before heading to the Temple of Literature, Vietnam’s first university built in 1070. End the day with a cyclo ride through the Old Quarter, where narrow streets are filled with markets, cafés, and hidden temples. Overnight in Hanoi.
After breakfast, depart for Halong Bay, a UNESCO World Heritage Site famous for its emerald waters and towering limestone islands. Upon arrival at Tuan Chau Marina, check in and receive a welcome briefing before the cruise begins. Sail through the bay’s dramatic scenery and visit Sung Sot (Surprise) Cave, one of the most spectacular caverns with dazzling stalactites and stalagmites. After lunch on board, continue past Ho Dong Tien Cave, Me Cung Cave, and Trong Cave. Stop at Luon Cave, where you can kayak through tranquil waters or enjoy a bamboo boat ride. Later, visit Titop Island to relax on the beach or hike to the summit for a panoramic view of the bay. As the cruise sails back, enjoy afternoon tea on the sundeck while passing iconic landmarks such as Heaven’s Gate, Dog Stone Islet, Incense Burner Islet, and Fighting Cock Islet. At around 5:30 PM, disembark and transfer back to Hanoi. Overnight in Hanoi.
Morning: Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before some free time to explore Hanoi’s Old Quarter, known for its handicrafts, silk, and souvenirs. Transfer to the airport for your departure flight. Tour ends.
