Arrival at Noi Bai Airport in Hanoi, we will be welcomed by our friendly local guide and transferred to our hotel. (Note: Hotel’s check in is 14.00/15.00, Early check in is NOT included). After that, we will visit some highlights in the city. Our first stop is Ho Chi Minh Complex which we will visit Ba Dinh Square, Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (outside visit only if later than 10.30 AM), his simple stilt-house and fish pond, the outside of the impressive Presidential Palace and finally the nearby One Pillar Pagoda that originally built since 11th century. Continue visiting the oldest pagoda in Hanoi – Tran Quoc Pagoda which located by the West Lake. After lunch, we visit the Temple of Literature, the Temple of Confusion, also the first university in Vietnam that was built in 1070. We finish our day with a cyclo ride around the Old Quarters through maze of narrow streets and shops. We then sit down for Water Puppet Show for 45-minutes show. Drop off at hotel and end the tour.
Today, we will drive to Ninh Binh Province and visit Hoa Lu, Ancient Capital dated back from 10th and 11th centuries. After lunch, we take a pleasant boat rowing in Hoang Long River to visit Trang An Eco-Tourism complex. The complex is surrounded by picturesque landscape with thousands of hectares with more than 100 caves which can be explored by boat. In the late afternoon, we return to Hanoi for overnight stay.
This morning, we will take 180 KM to Halong Bay, which was recognized by UNESCO as the World Natural Heritage in 1994 and 2000. On arrival, we will board our overnight cruise and savour a delicious seafood lunch. We will be passing through several limestone islands, kayaking among the hidden areas of the Bay, swimming at Soi Sim Beach or trekking to the top of the island. Dinner and overnight on boat.
Start your day with Tai Chi exercises before having breakfast. We then explore Sung Sot Cave – one of the most amazing caves in Halong Bay and passing through Ba Hang Fishing village, Dog Islet and more. Watch the cooking demonstration and enjoying brunch before cruising back to the pier and find our car to take us to Noi Bai Airport in Hanoi to board the late afternoon flight to Danang. On arrival, we will be welcomed and transferred to hotel in Danang.
After breakfast at hotel, we drive to Sun World Ba Na Hills and have full day entertain in Ba Na Hills. We first take the cable car up to the mountains, enjoy the specular of Truong Son Mountains and most specially, the Golden Bridge – the new symbol of Danang thanks to its unique design and magical settings. Free time to wander through the Le Jardin Garden with hundred kinds of flowers or admire the architecture buildings at French village. In the afternoon, we take the cable car down and transfer back to Danang. The rest of the day will be free at the beach. Overnight in Danang.
Breakfast at hotel, we transfer to Hoi An. Along the way, we visit the Marble Mountain – the five elements of the Universe (water, wood, air, fire and earth). Arrive in Hoi An, continue to Hoi An Coconut Village (other called as Cam Thanh Coconut Village, Cam Thanh Water Coconut Village, or Cam Thanh Village) is a portion of Hoi An’s countryside 5 km east of the Old town. Around its hamlets, travelers can see historical buildings, tranquil rice paddies, fishing nets, households producing handicrafts and above all, lush palm groves. The best-known tourist attraction here is Bay Mau coconut forest, nicknamed “Little Mekong Delta”. An experience on a basket boat there can’t be missed. Late afternoon, visit Hoi An Ancient Town on your own – A World Cultural Heritage. It is a living museum of world-wide construction designs and urban lifestyle. From the 15th till the 20th century, Hoi An was an exclusive trading port between European and Asian businessmen. Exploring Japanese Bridge, Phuc Kien Communal House, Tan Ky Traditional House, Museum, Handicraftsman at work. Free time for shopping at Hoi An with tailor-made clothes or shoes or bag then back to Danang for overnights stay.
Today, we will take a morning flight to Ho Chi Minh City. On arrival, we drive to Cu Chi Tunnels and explore the maze of tunnels, some of which have been widened to allow tourist access. We will also see the remains of an American tank as well as numerous bomb craters made by 500lb bombs dropped by B52 bombers. In the afternoon, we visit the Notre Dame Cathedral and Old Post Office, the two sites that we can’t ignore when we visit the city. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.
Today, we will drive to the Mekong Delta and take the boat ride on small canals to visit some local cottage industries, fruit orchards, a coconut candy workshop, a honeybee farm, take a sampan ride on palm-shaded creeks, try a taste of seasonal fruit, honey tea, and enjoy a performance of traditional Southern singing. Later of the day, we return to Ho Chi Minh City for overnight stay.
Free time for shopping at the Ben Thanh Market or at leisure until our car arrives to take us to the airport for departure flight. Tour ends.
